Returns

Returns are only accepted if the items purchased arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact me if you have any issues or concerns (by email/Instagram).

Incorrect shipping address

Please make sure you enter the correct address at checkout. If the parcel has been marked as ‘returned to sender’ due to an incorrect address, please contact me so I can keep an eye out for your parcel. Once returned, I can then post out to the correct address (you will be required to pay for shipping fees in order for the parcel to be sent to the correct address).

Customs and import duties

USA - all custom fees are covered in the shipping fee, guaranteed no additional charges.

UK - not applicable.

Everywhere else - the customer is responsible for any customs and import tax which may be applied once your parcel enters the destination country.
